Birches Serviced Apartments are located at 160 Simpson Street, East Melbourne with 24 beautifully appointed and spacious apartments. Each apartment offer a kitchen, wireless internet service, SECURE on-site parking at a small additional fee of $18 per night. You are also welcome to bring your furry friend when staying in our dedicated pet friendly rooms to enjoy your holiday with you.

East Melbourne is the perfect location to base your next visit to Melbourne. We are within walking distance to the CBD, Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy Gardens, but with the benefits of tree-lined streets and an abundance of gorgeous parks.
Birches provides easy access to Melbourne's John Cain sporting precinct, incorporating the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park. Marvel Stadium is a single tram ride away. Football and Cricket fans are regular guests to catch their favourite team in action.
Birches is well situated for you to take advantage of Melbourne's cultural scene too. Melbourne's Theatres and the National Gallery of Victoria and Melbourne Museum are easily accessible from East Melbourne.

Our apartments have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Offering 5 wide categories of rooms, namely the Standard Queen Bed Apartments, the Standard Twin Apartments, the Deluxe Queen Apartments, the Boutique Apartment, and the Accessible Wheelchair Apartment. All our rooms are supported with modern facilities that help you sail through your vacation seamlessly. These modern apartments comes with a fully functioning kitchenette, comfortable beds, air-conditioner/heater, a flat-screen LCD TV, a washroom with toiletries, and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment is also tastefully decorated and features quality furnishing and fittings. All our apartments have a lovely view over Simpson Street from large windows in the lounge and bedroom. Apartments are serviced on Friday only. If you want any extra towel, toilet paper or anything else please contact reception. On weekends and public holidays, extra towels are provided for these periods. If you require a service throughout the week, please let our friendly reception team know.
