Our one bedroom serviced apartments have a queen size bed in the bedroom and one double sofabed in the lounge room. Some rooms can be configured to a twin room with two single beds if needed. Our apartments will sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.
All our apartments have a lovely view over Simpson Street from large windows in the lounge and bedroom.
Our apartments have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind. All apartments feature modern kitchen, queen size beds or two singles and an ensuite bathroom. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and features quality furnishing and fittings.
3 minutes walk to IGA supermarket and bottle shop. All Birches guests receives a 5% discount from IGA.

- Birches Townhouse:Rates are for 4 people. Maximum of 6 people.
- Additional guests are charged at $25 per person per night.
- Cot Hire and High chair Hire $15 each per night.
- Children aged less than 3 stay free of charge.
Check In/Check Out Time
It is very important you let us know your arrival time as our reception hours are as follows. If you are arriving outside these hours, we will need to give you instructions.

Reception Opening Hours & Housekeeping Service Times
- Monday – Friday : 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Saturday : 8.00am – 3.00pm
- Sunday : 8.30am – 2.30pm
- Your apartment will be serviced alternate days Monday to Friday with a full linen change on Fridays, for longer stays. We will not disturb you on weekends and public holidays with extra linen supplied to your apartment ahead of time.

- Full security car parking available on site which is $15.00 per vehicle per night
